At Dhanvantari, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.


Shipping Policy

Orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours of being placed.

Delivery time is typically 3–5 business days, depending on the logistics partner and delivery location.

FREE Shipping is available on all orders above ₹499 (subject to change based on promotions).

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available at an additional charge, which is collected by the logistics partner for COD processing.

Order Processing Time: Within 48 hours

Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days after dispatch

Remote areas may require an additional 1–3 days

 

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order.

Once the order has been dispatched from our hub, cancellation is no longer possible.


Cancellation Charges

Before shipping:
Refund is issued after deducting a 5% transaction fee.

After the order is processed for shipping (but not yet shipped):
A 10% processing charge applies, and if shipping fees were already incurred by Dhanvantari, they will also be deducted.

After the order has shipped:
Refund is processed only after deducting the forward shipping and return shipping charges.

 

Returns & Replacements

You may request a return or replacement only if the product received is damaged, defective, or has damaged outer packaging.

Items purchased during SALE or promotional discounts are not eligible for returns or refunds.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order at delivery and contact us immediately if:

The item is damaged

You received a defective product

You received the wrong item

Replacement Policy

Replacement Request Time Frame

Replacement requests must be raised within 4 working days from the date of delivery.


Replacement Delivery Time Frame

Once the replacement is approved, the replacement product will be delivered within 5–7 business days depending on logistics.

 

Refund Policy

Only damaged or defective products are eligible for refunds.

Return requests must be raised within 4 working days from the date of delivery.

Refund is initiated once we receive and inspect the returned item.


Refund Processing Time Frame

Refund will be credited to the original payment method within 7–15 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider
