Yes, you read that right. Brownies. With vegetables. That taste AMAZING.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1-2 tablespoons moringa powder
- 1 cup flour (all-purpose or almond flour)
- 3/4 cup sugar (or coconut sugar)
- 1/2 cup melted coconut oil
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- Dark chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
- Mix wet ingredients in one bowl
- Combine dry ingredients (including moringa) in another
- Fold wet into dry, don’t overmix
- Pour into greased pan
- Bake 20-25 minutes
Moringa leaf powder can be tossed into just about any baked good, but since it will turn the item green, chocolate brownies or muffins are good choices to start.
