Moringa Yogurt Raita (Indian Condiment)

Perfect alongside spicy Indian dishes or as a cooling snack.

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon moringa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh mint leaves

Instructions:

 

Blend yogurt, moringa leaf powder, roasted cumin powder, and salt until smooth. Pour into glasses, garnish with fresh mint leaves. Serve chilled.
