Think matcha latte, but better. This has become my afternoon ritual.
Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon moringa powder
- 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
- 1-2 teaspoons hot water
- 1 cup plant-based milk (warmed)
- Pinch of cinnamon
Instructions:
Add moringa powder, honey, and hot water to a small bowl. Use a matcha whisk (or small whisk) to blend completely so no clumps remain. Heat the plant-based milk, transfer the moringa mixture to your serving mug and add milk. Sprinkle with cinnamon powder.
