This pesto is so good, you’ll find excuses to put it on everything.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups fresh basil leaves
- 1 tablespoon moringa powder
- 1/2 cup pine nuts (or walnuts)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup parmesan (or nutritional yeast for vegan)
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
Blend all ingredients until smooth. Moringa powder works especially well in a green pesto. Use on pasta, sandwiches, as a veggie dip, or swirled into soups.
