Green Goddess Moringa Pesto

This pesto is so good, you’ll find excuses to put it on everything.

 

Ingredients:

 

  • 2 cups fresh basil leaves
  • 1 tablespoon moringa powder
  • 1/2 cup pine nuts (or walnuts)
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup parmesan (or nutritional yeast for vegan)
  • Salt to taste

Instructions:

 

Blend all ingredients until smooth. Moringa powder works especially well in a green pesto. Use on pasta, sandwiches, as a veggie dip, or swirled into soups.
