Moringa-Boosted Tomato Soup

Ingredients:

  • 6 ripe tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1-2 teaspoons moringa powder
  • 2 cups vegetable broth
  • Splash of cream (optional)
  • Olive oil
  • Salt, pepper, basil

Instructions:

 

  1. Sauté onions and garlic in olive oil
  2. Add tomatoes and cook until soft
  3. Add broth and simmer for 15 minutes
  4. Blend until smooth
  5. Stir in moringa powder
  6. Season and add cream if desired
