Power-Packed Moringa Omelette

Who says breakfast can’t be both delicious AND ridiculously nutritious?

 

Ingredients:

 

  • 2 eggs (or tofu for vegan option)
  • 1 pinch moringa powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking oil or butter

Instructions:

 

Whisk eggs in a bowl and add a pinch of moringa leaf powder. Season with salt and pepper. Cook in a frying pan with oil or butter until done. The moringa adds barely any taste but boosts your breakfast significantly.
