This is my personal favorite for busy mornings. The sweetness of banana and pineapple completely masks any “green” taste.
Ingredients:
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup frozen pineapple
- 1-2 teaspoons moringa powder
- 1 cup almond milk (or any plant-based milk)
- 1/2 cup coconut yogurt
- Handful of ice
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to a blender and process until smooth and creamy. The tropical fruits provide natural sweetness while you’ll get all the natural energy-boosting benefits of the potent moringa powder.
